4th of July

I hope everyone had a good 4th. I had a really good weekend. Parts of it were a little odd, but overall very good.

Friday night, Hillary and I went to Rock the Dock with some of Nikki's friends (Kate, Allison, and Brendon for those who care). This whole even caused Nikki and I to get in a big fight--- really it was all dumb and I still feel like I did nothing wrong, but it's too long and boring of a story to explain. We all then went downtown together, where Hillary & I ran into Ryan Mueller & Company. Apparently Andrew Leonard heard that Hill has been living in Florida for the past several years w/ Stewart Blade. Either Andrew has little to say so he makes up stories about people, or he really needs to check his sources a little better.

Saturday- Hillary and I went boating w/ Jeff all day. It was a ton of fun, and I have decided that my first large purchase will be a boat (of course moving out is my first priority). In fact, boating has actually made this one of my favorite summers.

Sunday- Hillary, Tim, and I went swimming at my Aunt's house and then hung out w/ Dow and his family. I have to say the whole evening was pretty interesting. And, of course Evan was as interesting as ever.

Monday- Nikki and I went to my Aunt & Uncle's house to drink. I know I said I wouldn't drink w/ them again, but I figured a party was a controlled environment. Then, we went downtown and watched the fireworks from the top of the Hilton w/ Mindy & Barnett. Throughout the time at the bar, Nikki and I managed to get into two major discussions (for lack of a better word since it wasn't really an argument but wasn't a normal conversation either). I have a feeling there will be more about this later though. Not the best way to end the weekend, but what can you do.
