Karma

It probably wasn't really that big of a deal... I imagine I blew it out of proportion b/c of my job and b/c I don't like the owner anyways. But here it is:

They charged $10 per person to get in. (I refused to pay this, but Nikki payed for me) Seriously, it's fucking Springfield. The real world people were supposed to show up at 9 and they didn't' show up until after 11:30. They charged $4.75 for a 16 oz absolute drink- which we bought since the 12oz were 3.75. I assumed the 16oz was a double, but I was wrong. When I questioned the bartender about it, she said that it had 2oz in it, and I said "well, that's not 2 shots." and she said, well no. I said they misrepresented themselves. So, she said "I'll top the drinks off if you don't bitch about anything else the rest of the night." Now, I know I have been known to be a bitch from time to time, or maybe more often than that, but I really wasn't being very rude. Even if I was, I don't think a worker should say that anyways. O, and Miller Lite was one of the sponsors and the dumb DJ from KISS who was hosting it started giving girls who were dancing free Budweiser on him. Are you kidding? ( of course, i know that was is deffinately from my job)

moral of the story, I vow to not go back to Karma. (although I do reserve the right to go there once a year to look for a black guy to dance w/)
