This weekend I made yet another trip to Carbondale since I figured it might be the last time I can get down there for awhile. I must say, that I quite upset that I will be missing Corey'’s birthday, especially considering it sounds like they will be throwing quite a large event in her honor. Nevertheless, this trip was fun and I was sad to leave. However, I am quite exhausted and will be very glad when it is time for bed. I really don'’t have any good stories from the weekend, or at least not any that I care to share. We went to the bars for 2 nights and we spent most of yesterday at the Vineyard at their first wine festival.

Corey- Although I left early to pack, I am afraid to say that it is 7pm and I haven'’t really done a whole lot. However, I did spend the time productively; I managed to finish my book. Also, I hope everything goes better for you in the next couple of weeks and know that even though I am farther away, I am still only a phone call away.

To both Corey and Dow, I really hope that you both do come to visit in October. I'm sure the four of us would tear up the town. I would say 5, but we all know Dan would never make it up.

To everyone else, I think this will have to be my last post for the week because I am taking my computer to Chicago tomorrow and I haven't gotten my notebook yet. But I did get pics back from last weekend, so I'’ll be sure to post them soon. In my absencecence, maybe Dow would be so kind as to share one of his stories from ISU, I hear it was pretty eventful.
