Grey's Anatomy Party?

Sunday I went with Doug to a Superbowl Party at his friend Corey’s house. For those that don’t know Corey, he is Doug’s fabulous hairdresser who has an even more fabulous apartment. This was by far the oddest Superbowl Party I’ve ever been to and probably ever will be to. It was mostly women and very few people were interested in watching the game. Speaking of the game, I thought it sucked. I thought this year was supposed to be a good game? Speaking of sucked, what was up with the commercials? There really were only a few good ones, three of which being from Budweiser (which we were already shown in class Friday afternoon). More people at the party ended up paying attention to Grey’s Anatomy than the game, which was probably helped by the lovely shower scene shown in the first minute. By the way, I think one of Corey’s main joys in life is setting up his friends. But, you’re never quite sure whom you’re being set up with. One guy in particular talked to Doug for a couple of minutes and he quickly made an excuse to leave b/c he wasn’t sure if he was being hit on. Later in the night the same guy ended up talking to me forever and I wasn’t sure if I was being hit on. On the car ride home Doug brought this whole situation up & asked if the guy was hitting on me. He said that he wondered & he wondered if I needed help, but then decided I could handle myself b/c he didn’t want to risk the possibility of being hit on again. Good times, good times.
