Microwavable Wonders
What did I learn today... that you can cook many, many thigns in a microwave and they turn out just fine. You can cook an egg in 70 seconds and corn on the cob (still in the husk)in 2 minutes. Did everyone know this? Was I alone in my ignorance? What about meat? Can you cook meat?

My dad used to make me and Sarah eggs in the microwave....let's just say it took me years till I would touch eggs again....however, some things turn out just the same...
You can cook bacon - It comes out kinda crisp and a lot less greasy. I am not sure about other meat though I'd be afraid to actually eat it.

i doubt id eat any egg that was microwaved in a microwave unless it was just reheating from being cooked on the stove earlier. probably would eat the cob tho. wouldnt imagine meat in the mic. would be good considering it would take a long time before the center would get cooked. but kroger has some pretty good deals on tv dinners and some of these smart ones weight watcher bullshit ones are so good that i dont even think of them as tv dinners. except i dont actually eat them because they have too much flavoring/seasoning for me but most normal people like them
becca, you're incredibly picky about your egg as it is- you won't eat them if they're not cooked just right on the stove. I have also tried the weight watcher ones b/c Kate gets them all the time, and the few I've had are pretty good. Beats cookin at the very least.
