When you stop doing what you are used to doing or when you introduce a new set of behaviors you often don't feel quite like yourself. You may feel out of sorts, tired, anxious, or even lost. That's normal. As you question or move away from your deeply ingrained routines, life might start looking a little darker, more chaotic, or a little cloudy. This is not the end. It is a state of limbo and you may find yourself temporarily in between 'here and there.' This is a state of INCUBATION and it's just right-for now. You can either stress about it or make the most out of it. You can apply these growing pains to a discovery-take the opportunity to dive deeper into your true self. This is a time to be daring, in a less obvious way. It is time to practice brutal honesty, a time to search the emotional depths of your being, and foster faith in the process. Be patient with your uncertainty and acquiesce to the unknown (p.81 40 Days and 40 Nights, Ilene Segalove with a little Becca thrown in-I can plagiarize on the internet ok)
You will find an answer, an answer that would never have been retrieved if it weren't for THIS time in your life.

this one was actually from Becca- i'm assuming bc of our convo last night. but, I too like it and it obviously applies to both of our lives, and many other people we know right now.
