While I am all about people's freedom of speech, there are several things that I have issue with. I respect that people feel strongly towards something and want to protest particular issues. And, while I may not be a fan of Macy's, I feel like there have to be better causes in the world to protest against. I mean, do people really feel that passionate towards Marshal Fields that they're still protesting 2 years later. Do they have nothing more important or pressing in their lives? Also, I'm all for the freedom to do what you chose to your body. However, I don't think people should smoke weed all the time if they have little children.
Alright I've got more of these scenarios, but I think that's probably enough for now. This weekend was the 2nd Annual Derby party and was as fun as last year. It's always kind of interesting when you have an event like this in the middle of the year to remind you of how much time has passed. When I got the evite this year, it was honestly really hard to imagine that it had been a full year since the last Derby party; it barely feels more than a few months ago. But, when I really stop and think about it, it's amazing just how much has actually changed in this year's time. As I get older, the one truth that seems to be clearer than the others is that time really does fly. And, at times like these, I find myself wondering where we'll all be at this time next year. Perhaps all of the abrupt changes are ending now that the last of us are finally graduating, including all of the younger siblings, and we will begin settling down...
Side Note: Who the hell writes greeting cards and why do they make them all so mushy? And, why did Walgreen's only have 10 graduation cards. And, why are they so expensive? In the past I'd always been too lazy for cards and just played it off as being busy and poor, but I figured I couldn't really get away with it this year. Well, actually it has been a rough month for my Grandmothers and I figured they could use the cheer, so I grabbed all of the others while I was there.

umm first off i would agree with the weed statement but where the hell is that coming from?
secondly, if u are really want a better selection on greeting cards you should leave the pharmacy and go to the card store, hallmark to be exact. theyve probably got at least 100 different graduation cards for me. but even so a lot of them do suck. this is why gma perry for several years now has told me i should go into the card writing business.
Well, I would go to Hallmark, but I really don't know where one is and I didn't feel like looking.
The whole smoking comment was a result of my lovely neighbors smoking all the time even though they have two very young girls.
